We went out right on time. Again, beautiful weather. Good pace. Felt good today much better than past few runs. Trails were overgrown too, once we got out we definitely picked up the pace.

Essentials: Stretch

Mild stretch while rehydrating. Everything is solid feel worked up. I like the rebound mileage from the last beamtime.
