Comments:
Ran up the CCT to Wisconsin, took that to Western, to Mass, and all the way home. It's cooled off a little bit since the big storm Sunday night, and so I can get a bit of extra sleep before running in the morning. Felt alright on this one. A bit of core and stretching afterward. Trying to hit around 50 this week.
