A rough day infront of the computer. I needed to get out. Another perfect weather day. We went down the trail up the road and continued out to Brookhaven Rd. Just what I needed glad I got to rebound my mileage this week.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch, starting to feel the week back. Its a good kind of sore. Helping me get with the workload in lab.
