PRE loop solo

June 19, 2019 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 50s, chilly

Comments:
Solo run this morning, since CA is resting her calf. Didn't sleep all that well: just not enough.

"Slept in" til 6, then launched at 6:30. Ran the same loop as yesterday. I was a little heavy from yesterday, but ran pretty strong.

A couple notes:

* didn't do hardly anything to the heels/ankles pre-run, yet they were better than average and fine after a mile
* rolled 7:30 miles after mile 1, which was "cool"

Rest of the day: super-busy:
* weights
* coffee shop to get treats for our month-aversary (54!)
* grocery shop
* home/breakfast
* work: SEVEN patients in a row!
* home to pack

CA was super-busy finishing the sink install in the van, so she didn't get any packing done. Unfortunately we didn't leave for Astoria 'til nearly 7.
