Comments:
Lounge out today. I just need a recharge after the past few weeks. After all the rain, sun is out. It was just pleasant when I started up the hill. Took it down to the track, did a little fartlek just to get my legs moving, then came back nice and easy. I was feeling it felt like walking a little after the pace. Did 1 on 1 off for 6+ laps. It was consistent and strong strides. Felt like I had effort out there. Coming back realized I wasnt hydrated enough, it doesnt feel as humid as it was earlier this week. Just shakin out back.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Much more comfortable when I returned. Hammies and Achilles a little tight probably from the track surface. Felt good going picking up from yesterdays mileage.
