North Shore Beach

Comments:
Got out in the sun again perfect weather. Started out slow, and kept it... Just one of those days legs felt flat. The water was up high also and there were a lot of people on the beach. It was rough to navigate. I only went out 10 mins then came back and added on a little bit around the neighborhood. Slow struggle today but I was out there shaking out.

Essentials: Stretch

Lower legs are sore and tired. Might need to stretch more I was pretty sweaty and sandy and wanted to wash off first. Good week of mileage eitherway. After today, dont feel like I am in great shape but I can rack up the miles I need.
