Weather: cold and rainy
Comments:
today we did a 2 mile run with the sprinters, and then a bunch of inside stuff, including stairs, ski jumps, leg lifts/core/push ups, wall sits, and suicides. then the distance squad went out for a church loop afterward, which was pretty miserable. getting back into the swing of things running wise is gonna be tough, but u can do it. STRETCH MORE!! and just keep running
