Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Slept in a little bit too much, then made our way out for a run. Started back down towards the river, ran along the path up the GWB and took a little break there to take in the sights. David and I continued up and over back into the city along 181st or something and came back along the east side. Stopped in the back to see Highbridge then came back to 155th. It was starting to get hot and I was thirsty for sure on the way back. We kept the pace as best we could for city running and tried to find the shade. Overall legs felt good. City running is tough though.

Essentials: Stretch

Took a while to rehydrate and stretch. I took a shower to cool down first. AC was nice also. No time to dilly dally, more walking around the city.
