Comments:
Made up a run as I went. Down to the CCT, all the way to Bethesda, Wisconsin to Bradley, up to Connecticut, then down to 41st via Western, across to the back way to AU that we used to do at GDS, then Van Ness to Mass, LF branch, Sangamore to home. Felt pretty good, a bit sore, but not bad at all. Hip is feeling better for the most part. More long stretching and rolling because of that.
