Comments:
Slept in, sort of, then packed up and drove down the hill.
I was so goddamn stiff I could barely walk all day. This was the rub:
* feet and calves got stiff from the 10K
* stiffness made them sore...which made me under-push them
* under-pushing for 41 miles = MAX stiff and soreness!
Got tasty donuts (maybe the best, for sure per-unit-price) at Joe's Donuts in Sandy, then drove back to Eugene. CA drove nearly the whole way, so I could study.
Rest of the day:
* unpacked, ate brunch
* studied with Emily for 3 hours
* home for dinner and relaxing.
