Weather: 80, pretty warm
Comments:
Slept in, then saw six patients 7-1, then worked more, then CA came by for a treatment/study.
At 4 I went for my own run, pre-yoga.
Felt SO HEAVY. Yikes! Paces weren't bad, but it was rough.
NOTE: after the 10K, and throughout the Hood run, I kept knocking (touching) knees togehter, namely R on L thigh! I think this is due to stiffness in hips and my back, as I was doing it on this run, too, and overall felt stiff and asymmetrical.
Yoga was OK, but tough. Always tougher immediately following a run.
Good social with the Taylors and David. Mike and David are running SOB 100K Saturday.
