Comments:
Again I hit the grindstone today. Just chipping away to set myself up before a vacation. I noticed it was supposed to rain later, so I did get out for a few miles. Felt slow, sluggish. Tough running alone. Came back along Brookhaven Ave and picked up the pace there. Noticed I have not run in a few days.
Essentials: Stretch
Really light stretch since I wanted to get home cause I was hungry. Feel kinda sore from softball honestly. Running today was a sort of shake out getting back into the stride.
