PDX: Lake Oswego "easy" (stiff) run

Weather: mid 60s, fine

Comments:
SUPER-stiff this AM. I probably shouldn't have run. Hobbled downhill from the hotel, then around Kruse Ave. Stopped at a half-mile (always the worst) to work out some things in the left ankle.

REALLY tried my best to:
* NOT over-stride
* USE my feet

It's a painful paradox.
