Lee Loop by myself (I wasn't invited to the party)

Comments:
Did the easy Lee loop today. I felt pretty tired at the beginning of this run but as it went on things got better and I was able to pick it up. This might have been partialy due to the back half of the run being down hill but whatever. Pretty good between workout run for me. Saw a big party of runners right before I got to Ceadr. I guess I wasn't invited to their party:(
Med Ball abs and planks 30 pushups, hurdle drills, hip circles after lifting
Static 3 after running
Resting Heart Rate: 48 a little high. My throat is feeling a little sore today
Slept: 8.5 to 9 hours
