Hang Snatch

Tried to work on my form again. I gotta learn to drop more in both this and the cleans so I can do more weight and improve. My form was definitly better than last week though. Gotta keep working at it

Clean from Floor
4x115 3x125 2,2,2x135
Failed at the last set of 2 trying for 145. Other than that this was pretty uneventful. Felt pretty good. Gotta learn to drop more just like with the hang snatches. Pretty good overall though

Shin Raises
2x20 with 25
Same as usual. Can't lift my foot as high towards the end which is normal. I think there has been improvement form when I started though

Extra Lifts
2x20 calf raise with 45 on machiene
Did these in the rest for the shin raises. These hurt as usual because my calves are so sore from the workout yesterday. Still hoping this will help me run fast later

Pullups
9,7,5
Wasn't quite as good at recovering as the last week but I was able to do more the first set than last week. Still looking for the elusive ten.

Dumbell Arm Runs
2x100 with 5
These hurt but this is definitly how i feel at the end of workouts so i'm hoping this will help in the future.
