Did 10 out and back this morning via Shaker. Made it a bit past Green before heading back in. Still humid this morning but definitely cooler.

Legs felt better today - felt the benefits of the day off and self-care.

Good second week of this increased mileage. Legs have felt worked at times but not overly tired.
