Comments:
Back grinding. Had a list of shit to do and got to it. Surprisingly in the zone got good motivation. Also had a subconscious desire to get a run in. Not super hot out in the late afternoon. Just got into it had a good pace. Didnt feel like I could go too far though. Came back down Bell Ave and held my pace. It did feel good kinda thought I would forget what it was like to run after taking a week off but it was natural.
Essentials: Stretch
Poor stretch. I was tired and thirsty when I returned. I tried to make it back because it was getting a little late and I still had some stuff to take care of. Good to keep with the motions and get the miles in today. Solid
