Aqua Jogging at the Rope Swing and at Blueberry Island; Piermont, NH

Comments:
Had some time (20 minutes) to do some AJ-ing at the rope swing, continuing my session afterward when I paddled to Blueberry Island. Although it was pleasant, I realized during the workout that I could have gone for much longer if I had just stayed at camp as the crib was open for swimming. Anyway, during the latter session, I started with 7 minutes steady and then did 1 minute hard, 1 minute easy, 2 minutes hard, 1 minute easy, 3 minutes hard, 1 minute easy, 2 minutes hard, 1 minute easy, 1 minute hard, and 2 minutes to cool down before I had to wrap it up and paddle back to camp.
