Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Not sure what more I could have done to prepare for the run. It was still hot even at 6pm. Started fine but slowed the pace down. Just trying to recharge today before putting in some more work upfront this week so I think running was a quick turn around. Did a nice loop around the athletic fields as well. The path to the woods starts there, but its at least 2 miles to that spot.
Essentials: Stretch
Took my time to stretch when I got back. I think I needed that. Just getting my legs back this week is what its about. Takes a while to recall the summer mileage grind.
