I'm feeling a bit sick, but it is somewhat amazing to me how little that seems to affect my running times. In fact, I suspect I run faster(shorter distances anyway) when I have a minor cold.

Goal:3x1mile @ 6m26s
1: 6m26s - I know, four whole laps at the exact pace!
2: 6m28s - good enough
3: 6m05s - At three laps we were exactly on pace, Stephen, Veronica and I kicked it in. Last lap was 20 seconds faster :)

Also, I got smacked by an errant soccer ball.
