PM post weights run

Weather: 80, nice

Comments:
Studied 'til around 4, then lifted weights. Felt pretty good (and jammed to "Choices" as well as some other rap tunes), so I decided to shake-out the legs.

Ran to the bark, then ran north, did a SEHS block loop, then down south and back. A solid 3 miler. Felt GOOD and ran pretty fast! (7-low?). Ankles remarkably not sore!

Rest of the day:
* showered in Inshape
* went to Coldfire for beer and coaching. Only my 2nd tap (purchased) beer in the 10+ days Callie's been gone
