PRE/Fairmount from work+

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: mid 80s, hot

Comments:
Saw my last five patients before the CFMT test. Off 'til the 12th.

Ran from the office, the standard through town to PRE to Fairmount loop. Stride felt OK enough but legs were heavy from Baldies. Ankles were pretty OK, but there's a lot of legit tissue restriction at the L lateral distal achilles and fascia around there. Stopped to work it, early.

Felt pretty heavy, and didn't get too far south of 8:00 pace. Did strides on the home stretch.

Just as I was leaving, I ran into Lewis and Leo, and ran the other way with them, as they were only about a mile into their run. Then I turned and jogged back to the van.

Rest of the day:
* SUPER thirsty/dehydrated. Gosh, I think another sign of aging: my need for more water(?) Or, in dealing with my ankle shit, I think I'm more aware of my hydration needs
* Studied. CA helped me with quizzing and technique practice. Did this from 5-8, then ate dinner
