Comments:
Jumped in the lake during B-block after doing riflery stuff for A-block. Went 10 minutes steady, then began doing 1 lap upwind hard, 1 lap downwind easy, all for 35 minutes, then 10 minutes steady to finish, which coincided perfectly with the lifeguards blowing the whistle to close the waterfront.
