Weather: 40ish, sunny

Comments:
Ran the VRC loop with Jeff. Kept it easy, while Jeff did a mile tempo. I'm keeping it easy 'til the calves improve. And they're NOT: still very sore. Not awful, or "painful" but sore.

Added on into PRE trails, did the loop all the way past the millrace pond and back. Felt "easy" (I think?), but the calves were trashy. Sucks.

Form looks and feels good, though.

Did circuits in the AM.
