Comments:
Ran the CG loop. Was gonna go longer, but I forgot socks AGAIN and after 3 miles I started developing a blister on my R arch, so I cut it short.
Stride and calves felt THE BEST they've felt in maybe 2 months: as effortless as it's been, with a nice fluid, long stride. Pretty happy about that.
Did AM circuits. Went to Anytime to lift after the run.
