Dorset and back

Comments:
Told myself I would run how I felt–my hip flexor bothered me again (same issue that I had last summer and fall that I just ran through). I think that it might be because I changed my stride on my left leg to avoid putting weight on the painful blisters on my left foot. That tightened up my hip flexor and now I just feel a lot of discomfort there bordering on pain. I hate to say it, but I probably need to take the day off tomorrow to get back on the right track. Biking usually makes it worse. I can't let this hip thing take more good training away from me in the next few weeks. T-2 weeks until move in.
