Comments:
Went in for a little bit today and fit in a run. Feeling pretty sore after yesterday so I took it naturally. Wanted to see what all the construction was like over at the apartments. They have been tearing shit up over there past few weeks. It was kinda hot even at 5pm still a standard fare today. Didnt poop out at the end and held my pace throughout which was great.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Stretch and roll after I got home. Hips and knees are tight and sore so I need a little extra attention to them. I think the sustained pace yesterday shook them up a little bit. Its a good sore though.
