Comments:
Hip flexor is still tight, and glute is sore (both left side), but I've got it under control. Felt fine around 3 miles in or so, and did some extra stretching and rolling after. Upping my strength work to try to even out the strength discrepancy in my glutes. Might be verging on a strain like what I had last summer/fall, but it's still much more in the "discomfort" zone, not "pain," so I'm just gonna run like normal, give it extra attention, and hope it goes away soon. Might go out for a double later.
