Comments:
So my foot problems from Monday intensified today which lead me to pull the plug on the 600 at the quarter. Honestly coming thought that at like 58 felt slightly more taxing than I thought it would but I was still barely winded afterwards. Watched Brett nip Kurt at the line with both of them grabbing 1:28 for the 600 which was great for them. The 200 and 400 before wern't bad at all. Was a little slow on the quarter because I eased off in the second lap. Felt fine areobic wise the whole time. Kinda dissapointed that I didn't finnis the six but it shouldn't affect anything fot the mile Saturday so I'm not too worried. Foot hurst pretty bad now but I'll get it checked out tomorrow and all should be well. I'm borowing Grogans Victorys for the race so those should keep my feet happy for 8 laps.
Workout Format: 200 around 30, 400 around 60-62, 600 under 1:30 with the first quarter close to 60.
Splits from workout: 30, 63, 58 and stopped after.
No streaches after cuz I was pissed. Coach Lanese circut. Medball throws and stuff. Medball abs too.
