Thrusday lift

December 3, 2009 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
2 Circuts 3sets of each circut
Circut 1
MB pushups 10 each arm with largest Medball
(Felt kinda tired from the pushups this morning on these but I got through them alright. Struggled a bit on the third set as always but otherwise was fine)

Standing Military Press x15 with 15's
(Had to take 2 breaks on the last set to get through all 15 reps which sucked. This is by far my worst exercise in this workout. I really need to get better at these)

Pullups 9,4,3
(The first set was good but then the rest suffered becuase of the curls and genreal fatique that sets in as the circut goes on)

Straight Bar curls x 12 with 45
(These sucked cuz there after pullups but I managed to get through all of them withour stopping for very long between reps which was good. This kills my biceps though)

Circut 2
DB sholder raises x15 with 10's
(I feel alright on these. I struggle towards the end but otherwise threr not as bad as they used to be)

DB rear delt fly things x15 with 12's
(Still feels weird and its hard to get my arms up towards the end but I do notice that I am inproving and my back is getting stronger which is good)

EZ bar skull crushers x15 with the 30 bar
(I felt these by the end/ I could barely get it up but they definitly work my tris which is hopefully good for running)

Bench dips x20
(I don't know why these suck so much cuz i do some every day but they do. I can barely get up on the last few of the last set)

Extra Lift:
Arm Runs 2x100 with 5's
(Still doing these to help my arms pumping. Well see amybe Saturday if its paying off)
