Comments:
Today's run was a lot of fun. Training has been going really well for me, and to see whether I had yet to reap the benefits, I ran the 5K sponsored by my high school country team. I ran it with my friend and training partner who will be running for Penn State in the fall. We did a 4 mile progression warm-up before the race. Even though the race was on road, the course was pretty legit, had a few hills. We comfortably crossed the line in 16:48 and kept running, at a slower pace, of course, for three more miles (a cooldown).
