Comments:
Had a fight with my family and was mad, so I just had no motivation to put myself in more pain. Went out and decided to walk a mile one direction and then run back and to the end of the road the other direction, but as soon as I turned around to run, my grandmother called me. That never happens, so I had to chat with her for a while and by the time I got off the phone I only had 20 mins before I had to be back for dinner. Felt awful anyway running back even though it was so short and slow. Feeling very down on myself. I've done so much good training over the last 2.5 months and yet I still feel awful on easy runs like this. Is a running regression a thing? I can't imagine how I'm gonna run a half marathon in 5.5 weeks. :/
