Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
2.5 miles up, 1.5 down afterwards. Felt good on the first four meadow loops but started to feel it on the fifth. I fell behind a bit and clawed my way back at the end, but then ended up waiting for Oscar to do the sixth. I had a bad cramp for most of the last two, so even though they were slower, I made a concious effort to make sure my form wasn't breaking down. Could've been a lot worse, and obviously there shouldn't be too much reading into the first workout. All I know is that there is no way I could have done this workout a year ago. Splits were 2:54, 2:55, 2:54, 2:56, 3:00, 2:58.
