Comments:
Surprisingly productive day. Thought I would be sore after the beach run. Calves were hella tight yesterday. Felt good though we had a great pace out and back, negative split back I believe. Its starting to get darker earlier, but it was still warm when we left. Resting yesterday helped me keep the effort up today.
Essentials: Stretch
Felt like I was struggling when we were coming back. I was probably dehydrated and hungry. I fueled up before heading out.
