Weather: hot and humid
Comments:
Last week was 47.8, this week with todays 12 mile long run is 52.1 miles for this week. I'm going to get a 6-7 mile run tomorrow to make it close to 55-60 miles for this week. I felt fine today, I could've pushed the pace and have gone a bit faster but i kept it right under 7 minute pace. Stretched out alot after and felt good :). Next week's long run is going to be around 13-14 miles.
