Lake St + Boom Island

Comments:
Long run, started out with Lake st loop to get 4 miles in before I headed to NE mpls. Ran on W river rd to Boom Island park and then I ran through Nicollet Island, definitely started to pick up the pace once I popped into the St Anthony Main area. Run felt good. Good to see that I'm starting my base training with a solid week of miles.
