Comments:
Left leg felt super stiff–especially around my hip flexor/upper quad area–when I rolled out of bed this morning. Once we got going, though, it felt a lot better. Was gonna do core with Pete after the run but decided that my time would be better used stretching and rolling. While stretching, I realized that my left leg, which has been bothering me on and off for over a month now, is incredibly loose compared to my right. I think that I tried to overcompensate for the discomfort with stretching a rolling and that may have made it worse and made my legs even more uneven. So now I'm going to try to even them out and see if that makes a difference. Also, new shoes coming soon which may help too.
