Drove over to the Wiss with a whole crew. Did a great loop that included some canal tow paths too and looped back into the Wiss at the top. Felt awesome and really enjoyed being back at the Wiss. Inclined to say that it's better than RCP...

I hit 80 for the first time ever this week. My routine has been great–getting to sleep at around 10 every night and waking up at 7:30. Good strength work and lifting, and felt focused on all the runs, especially the workout on Friday. Looking forward to racing next weekend. Tired but satisfied.
