Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Showed up to Veale a little early and watched some of the pent events go off. After Kurt got there we warmed up, Kurt changed into his fire costume, and we got started. The jersey definitly did complement the hair. First lap was good. Right on pace at the quarter. 67 for the 400 which wasn't bad. Kept it going pretty good for the second lap with a 68. Me and Kurt switched leading laps he took the first and then I took the second. Third lap was kinda slow. It where I need the most work. But also where an actual race will help a lot too. Ran between 69 and 70 which wasn't where me or Kurt would have liked it. But The last lap was between 64 and 65 which was decent. Fastest lap of the race which is good. Was able to open up the speed the last 200 too which was another plus. All in all definitly a good race. I'm glad to know what I can do now and I'll just keep training hard and see what happens in real track. Fifteen minutes after we got done we did 4x200. The first 2 were around 32. Then 30 then 27 in flats which was nice.
2 sets med ball abs and Coach Lanese circut after.
