Comments:
Starting to feel the fall weather. I could have easily kept working another session but a run was necessary. This week is crazy, next week isnt any better but we pushing through. Had a great pace today came back with some good effort.
Essentials: Stretch
Didnt get to stretch too much. Back feeling a little tight and ITs are also a bit tight. I need to get those loosened up some. Maybe its from rebounding from the beach.
