Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
6 Mile workout. Goal is to run first 3 miles around 5:30 then drop down about 10 seconds for the next two and run the last mile hard. Splits were: 5:29, 5:23, 5:25, 5:16, 5:15, 4:59. The workout went well. I thik I may be getting back into shape since Portland.
