Comments:
Was raining so I hit up the treadmill again. Felt good, did 4 miles at about 7:30 pace with an incline again. Then did 1 minute at 10mph, 1 at 12, and 1 at 11. Very tired at the end. Some old guy challenged me to race up the hill then proceeded to dominate me it was sweet.
