Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 60's; Cloudy
Comments:
I started off the run thinking it would be a quick shake-out, but it quickly turned into a long run that ultimately had very little direction. I started down the suburban streets of Bethesda, crossing Mass to meander around the neighborhood adjacent to the Presbyterian Church. I eventually went up Westbard to River, running up to Garrison to Wisconsin to 42nd (where I saw Abby Murphy!) to Van Ness to Mass again, then into Spring Valley briefly, then back on Mass (where I saw Abby Murphy again!), then heading home the usual way. I don't trust the given pace on my watch as it INCORRECTLY congratulated me on setting a new mile PR of 4:36. Thanks a lot, Garmin.
