10x300 at 800-1600 pace with 2 mins rest, 46 46 46 46 47 46 47 47 47 48. Pretty rusty to say the least but happy with the work, haven't gotten something like this in a long time so good to get the stuff going again. Lactic acid buildup got kind of lame, stuff to work on
