Comments:
Took it easy this morning, stayed home still feeling a little groggy. Not good because I have so much shit to do and keep up with. I made an effort to run though. I was at the lab in the afternoon. Went nice and easy, solo trying to get things flowing again. Held it up near the end, not as depleted as yesterday.
Essentials: Stretch
I notice its getting darker earlier. Didnt want to stay out too late so I did a short quick stretch. Feel a little tight in the legs now.
