Comments:
Easy shake out after long time in the car. Still feeling a little sick and stuffed. Definitely took it easy. Construction detours were all over so I had to find my way back through southside.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch but what I really needed was to hydrate more. Didnt drink enough in the car.
