Comments:
Started at Cass and made it all the way around the waterfront trail, through the high school and back down Linn St. There was a lot going on at practice but I kind of just passed through. Felt much better today, like I could hold the pace ad it was comfortable.
Essentials: Stretch
Feeling a little tight, especially in the lower legs. Glad I had a solid back to back and went longer than 20 minutes though
