We back on it. Solid run out to the solar farm. Had a good pace for this one too. I had a lot to do today, and didnt get it all in just going till we ran. The grind... Its tough now because it gets dark earlier now. Got to get out there.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch, shins not tight at all today. Felt great to get legs rolling. Again, next few weeks are gonna be pretty crazy so take what I can get.
