Comments:
I have done no speed so I had no idea how I would feel and was a little nervous, but I felt really strong. No speed, but consistant. Fastest I have run this early so very happy. Beat several William and Mary girls (although two of them ran a lap short and show up with faster times!) Did a long cool down on trails around lake.
