AM InShape treadmill run

Comments:
Didn't sleep too well -- this thing were I wake up at 4ish then have difficultly falling asleep (I think this is from the hormone supplements, namely DHEA)

Got up at 5:20, did two coaching clients, then went to InShape.

Good news: this was the best I've felt, this early in the AM, with next-to-no warm-up! Didn't feel amazing, but felt pretty "normal".

Only had time for 3 miles.

Thought I wanted to run a PM run, but I was actually (annoyingly) a little sore in the afternoon, so I did not.

Yoga Monday.
